PySLID should take account of users who switch groups

Description
pyslid.database.direct uses conn.getGroupFromContext() in multiple places to get the current OMERO group, mostly for limiting queries to a single group. This fails when a user has switched to a different group.
conn.SERVICE_OPTS and @login_required(setGroupContext=True) should be used instead.
