pyslid.image.getNomimalMagnification fails if the magnification is in the database

Description
pyslid.image.getNomimalMagnification returns a default magnification of 40 if the magnification is not stored in the OMERO db. If it is stored there it fails, since the method returns an omero.model.ImageI object instead of the magnification. This method should probably be removed once the scale parameter is sorted out.

Cleaning up searcher backlog.
As stated in the description this should be trivial to sort out once the scale parameter is fixed.
