View Owners Rendering Settings by default

The settings used are the default rendering settings and not the one set by the owner of the data. This is a major limitation since the owner's settings are critical and are currently 'ignored'. Will require some changes in the way we determine the settings in the server.
NB: Users should be made aware of the option in Insight to right click on Dataset in tree and go "Rendering Settings" > "Set Owner's Settings"
