Allow public search with OMERO.searcher

Description
Will OMERO.searcher allow searching by a public user? In theory it should just work using public groups in OMERO:
- Setup a read-only group
- Add images and calculate features by a logged-in user
- The public user should be able to run OMERO.searcher. Whether it works or not is to be determined...
