Bug: Importer 'Browse to Data'

Description
If I select another user in my Tree when I import and hit "Browse to Data" the tree is refreshed incorrectly under the selected user - duplicating MY data under that user.
This is using today's build on gretzky.
Workflow:
- Login as user-5 (default group is "read-annotate")
- Add a group ("read-write") adding all members
- Browse to select "root"
- Go to import (NB: "read-annotate" is the default group)
- Create new Dataset, import OK, View > Browse to Data ("root" still selected in tree)
- All my data in "read-write" group is duplicated under "root" (see screenshot)
- Repeat the import (NB: this time "read-write" is the default group - bit strange)
- With "root" selected again, hit "Browse to Data"
- New Dataset is added under "root" alongside MY data that was duplicated above (see screenshot)
- "Refresh" doesn't fix the tree, but logout & login does.
