Add stack trace grabber to Insight

Description
It would be great if there were some way for a user/tester to ask Insight for a stack trace, so that if it hangs but the AWT thread is not blocked then they can easily snapshot the state of things during the hang without having to work with jstack.

Be sure to see the checkAWTThread() patch in #11114. That could be used to auto-grab a strack trace rather than just printing the single thread.
