BUG: Double execution on Run script possible

Description
In Web, during testing on ome-analysis-01 server (a dev_4_4 server).
The bug is very possibly on develop as well - the problem is to have slow enough server in order for the bug to become apparent.
Workflow:
- go Scripts > Omero Searcher Feature Calculation
- click Run Script button
- because the server is slow, the window stays there without any changes
- click the Run Script button once more
- 2 script instances are running - this is not expected
The Run Script button should be disabled after the first click in order to make this impossible to occur. Setting to major as this does concern all script executions.
