Description

While testing #11118 I realized, as a user, I wasn't sure where to start looking for my data. I had right clicked and moved, but then the move failed. The data was no longer in the hierarchy, and refreshing brought it back, but the activities window could have told me (via a link) where I could go to look for the data.

since a "refresh" button was briefly available on failure.
