BUG: Ext.openImagePlus does not respect current series

Description

When using the Bio-Formats macro extensions, calling:

Ext.setSeries(i);
Ext.openImagePlus(path);

Does not respect the value of i.

This is because ​Ext.openImagePlus calls BF.openImagePlus without setting the ImporterOptions to match the current series.
