RFE: delete/chgrp orphaned images

Description

While reviewing a forum, Roger ended up having a large number of images.
Deleting the orphaned images could take minutes, if added to a dataset, it is very quick
Clients could

  • put the orphaned images into a tmp dataset.
  • create one delete command with the dataset id.
  • delete the dataset.

The problem will be the same for change group.
