Description

While performing a CLI import of an InCell fileset, there were several times when looking at jstack of the client and the server that one or the other was doing nothing.

Optimally, all intensive upload/download loops would use minimally 2 threads, one reading and one writing, or in the case of many files perhaps several, each working on one file at a time. Several strategies may be beneficial depending on the number of files and their size.
