Add "import done" message to server import log file

Description

At the very bottom of the importer file there should be some nice, reassuring message like "Import completed successfully in X mins". Similarly, each time contents of Blitz-0.log are being re-directed to another file, it should say so in Blitz-0.log:

  Logging thread-x to file yyyyyyyy

is printed to the individual log file as well as Blitz-0.log thanks to Colin. We'll handle the nice summary report elsewhere.
