Description
In web load an image with 4 or more channels, then switch to the 'Split Channel' view. Only the first three channels are shown with a blank space where the 4th channel should be.
In addition if 'Color' is disabled in the 'Split Channel' view all channels should continue to be shown, instead of only showing one channel.
I'll let Petr decide if this is worth following up or not.

Obviously, the first part of this ticket is caused by the fact, that by default, only three channels are "on" when the image is opened in Full Viewer (see the channel controls to the left of the image in full viewer - by default, only the first 3 are pressed "in", the fourth (5th...) are pressed "out"). If you press the fourth channel "in", you will get the new panel in Split View to display accordingly. This behaviour is in sync with Insight and I do not have much against it.
The other part of this ticket is definitely wrong - when the Color is disabled, the Split Channel should still continue to show all channels, just like it is done in Insight.
