Comment: I have a bug with the webUI - if you mouse over somewhere at the top half of the Explore tree the user/group chooser pops up. Even when you mouse away from this and the list disappears it renders the scroll bar for projects unresponsive. i.e. if you go for the projects scroll bar the chooser pops up and stops you scrolling the projects down. I have a screenshot to help explain.

Not IE (my mistake renaming ticket earlier).
Can't reproduce on Chrome on Windows 7 (see screenshot).
The User/Groups? chooser has been changed a bit since this ticket was opened (to handle long lists of groups / users) - so maybe issue is not around any more.
