Tidy HTML source and get latest version of reveal.js slides to Andrew for FS workshop.

(Andrew: do you need a PDF version too? If so, did Will figure out how?)

Mark, I can't remember if we talked about this but can you kill the slide at the bottom of the "Some Numbers" stack. The one with the "tl;dr" header? I think that's the only one we decided to not show at all.

I just need a PDF version of them. That is to common format I am putting up for people to download.

But the reveal.js slides have a structure that isn't represented in a PDF, can we please keep the original html version somewhere too?

Colin, yes, but the PDF has the advantage of showing all the slides, with some being on branches it would be easy to miss those in the web version.
