Migrate CLS image repository to OMERO 5

Description
Now that we have a supported OMERO 5 release the CLS image repository should be migrated from its current non-standard version. This involves:
- recording the existing tags (image name -> tag)
- re-importing the existing images using the ome-setup script to reflect Projects/Datasets? embedded in the current file structure
- re-assigning tags.
This should first be done on some sample data locally and then deployed on a new CLS image server.
