Repeated IDs in script arguments

Reported by: mtbcarroll Owned by: wmoore

Description

Pre-population issue: On dev_4_4 if I import Beta Catenin.lif and select its five thumbnails for batch export, the "Run Script" IDs field is populated with "1, 5, 3, 4, 2, 2". This presumably shouldn't happen.

Additionally: After running, the batch image export script reports, "Found 5 out of 6 image(s)". I don't know if that's the script's fault for not handling duplicate IDs nicely or the "Run Script" thing's fault for not de-duplicating the entered IDs in the first place. (The cautious might argue, "both".)

Mark: Are you running the script from Insight or Web?

I don't now recall for sure, but, guessing that it's the client that populates that field, and having a vague memory of recently having had Insight open for import and then Safari open for web, I expect it must have been web because I picked you as the owner for the ticket; otherwise I'd have picked jburel.

Upon further thought, I am guessing that I noticed this while testing the OMERO.searcher installation. (It might have been testing export instead, though.)

Interesting, trying it this morning with dev_4_4 I don't see this in Insight or Web. If I have to install OMERO.searcher at some point again maybe I'll remember to re-try with that around too.
