Description
Lots of PRs to change the menus used when the sphinx docs are built in plone is making lots of extra work for no good reason. Moving the layout and theme files to their own repo (https://github.com/openmicroscopy/sphinx_theme) means we can reconfigure all the docs builds to use them from there and only need to do 1 PR to change the menu for ALL the hosted docs (including partner ones when we start hosting them).
