Description
The OMERO.searcher code will remain internal only for the near future, but Bob/Ivan? are willing to release an OMERO.searcher VM. Why not do it as a CI job?

In practice there's some Virtualbox networking problem- it takes ages (10s of minutes?) for the guest's network to become activated. Needs investigating.

Note currently suffering from #8266 "No Processor Available". Works after restarting Processor-0.
