Description

Request from Douglas in Paris: If you have multiple servers it's annoying to have to keep choosing the first one on every login.

This proposal extends #8619 where we removed the '----' empty label if only 1 server.
Now we never show it, even for multiple servers. So you'll get the first server in the list selected by default.
