Description
Run all available integration tests and document any errors, timeouts etc. that occur during the execution. OME docs has already a spreadsheet in Testing -> Automated tests that has a pre-4.4.7 list of failing/succeeding tests. This has to be updated with fresh results.
Also, the ticket #11272 can be looked at simultaneously. If any step in running the tests requires knowledge not presented by the docs, it has to be captured in the documentation ticket.

Executing ./build.py -f components/tools/OmeroJava/build.xml integration has still some tests failing due to user authentication errors. On https://github.com/bpindelski/openmicroscopy/tree/omerojava, I shall be trying to clean up and move OmeroJava to a new, test-only component (and also try to isolate the failing tests).

All Python tests reviewed with tickets raised and documented in the gdoc. Fixes to the tests are in http://github.com/ximenesuk/openmicroscopy/tree/python-test-fixes-1 and will be included in a PR once the merge with https://github.com/cneves/openmicroscopy/tree/dev/pytest_4_4 is concluded. See #11376
Spreadsheet updated most tests are consistent with pre 4.4.7. The sections marked in yellow are those that differ. All but one of these failures is due to a faulty Tables installation on the test machine. The surprising thing is that the TableTest? class passed and so it might be worth checking. I will re-review these marked tests.
