Correct ome-xml in test_images_good

Description

The reason for some of the output xml files from

ant -Dtestng.memory=4096m -Dtestng.directory=ome/data_repo/test_images_good/ome-xml test-config-xml

being invalid is that the input files are not valid.

The following files need moved to test_images_broken or test_images_bad and replaced with those in ome/team/ajpatterson/replacements.zip

samples/tubhiswt-CA.ome
samples/tubhiswt.ome
testImportPlate/testImportPlateMultiplePlateAcquisitions1508.ome

This change might also need replicated to other folders that share/link-to these files.

Replaced files tested, look fine.

New files added to test_images_good and old files moved to test_images_broken.
