OMERO-qa-upgrade.py should upgrade servers run under different environments

- Handle stopping and starting of servers requiring different environments settings such as ICE_HOME, PYTHONPATH, LD_LIBRARY_PATH, DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH.
These settings will be different for each server, so one solution is to have a server side environment-settings script which the hudson job runs instead of hard-coding this in the hudson job config.
- Delete old servers.
Refactor the directories() method. Follow the OMERO-CURRENT symlink? Or store in a file if you want it to work on windows as well?
