BUG: Image format field not populated

Description
While working on the OmeroPy gateway tests I found that on develop the image.format field is always null, while on dev_4_4 I get it populated for the same image imported on both.
I'm not sure this is a bug or expected behavior for Omero5.

It looks to me like a bug: fixed by https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/1724.
