Integrate pytests and fixes to integration tests

Description

I have moved the omeropy testing framework to use pytests on ​https://github.com/cneves/openmicroscopy/tree/dev/pytest_4_4

Colin has fixed a lot of the integration unittests at ​https://github.com/ximenesuk/openmicroscopy/tree/python-test-fixes-1

I will merge the two so Colin's fixed tests run from pytests (still using the unittest framework) and pass over to Colin so he can carry integrating the pytests framework on integration tests
