Description
The problems arising with the size of the image repository in github have led to a plan to have a separate OMERO User Guides mini site, maintained and updated separately from the Sphinx driven site.
The updates and version control will still be under the github system via scripts and current and legacy versions will be held in the github repository.
The current User Guides production workflow is proving unsustainable.
Requirements and feedback have been gathered from a number of team members, principally Helen, and plan proposed.

New help site now in place. Updates and build system will be handled under different tickets, all linked from new Requirement.
