This is a follow up story of #11088.
We have opted to use the RobotFramework for UI and CLI testing.
The SwingLibrary is used for the insight tests, !Selenium2Library is used for the web tests.

Tasks related to general set-up, build changes, keyword synchronisation. etc should be added to that story.
