Allow Fiji to update to BF 5 trunk builds

For the dev_4_4 branch, Fiji users can use a daily builds site to update to the most recent BF build, but there is no corresponding site to allow them to use the trunk builds instead (see discussion on ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/665). This should be put in place and then linked in the currently commented out section on http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/bio-formats5/users/fiji/index.html

Users can now enable either the "Bio-Formats 4" site for dev_4_4 or "Bio-Formats 5" for develop.
