Use qa2-staging for upgrade integration tests

To prevent having fake test pings again the production QA server, QA2-staging should be used in all UpgradeChecker integration tests.

This is currently implemented for integration server via omero.upgrades.url.

Josh: The only limitation with this solution that I see is that we would tie us into having the QA2-staging node online for as long as we want the test to pass. If that's the longer-term plan, then that's ok with me and I can action the changes in the code.
