Using cmake will solve a number of portability issues with the current scons build. The above branch contains an initial implementation.

- Providing a cmake skeleton similar to that in gtest for users to quickly get a sample file up and running (like the Makefile in the documentation) might

Currently closed awaiting further discussion on the ant targets and possibly creation of jobs. (Scons to cmake migration is tested and working).
