Bug: single channel Red

Reported by: wmoore Owned by: jburel
Priority: major Milestone: 5.1.0-m2
Component: Services Version: n.a.
Keywords: n.a. Cc: mlinkert, jburel
Resources: n.a. Referenced By: n.a.
References: n.a. Remaining Time: n.a.
Sprint: n.a.

Description

If I import a single channel image (E.g. EM image) then the channel's default colour is Red (although it's also set to grey-scale rendering so it appears white in the viewer.
E.g. http://www.ebi.ac.uk/pdbe/entry/EMD-1906/slice
Click "Select density range" you will see that the channel colour is red.

Not sure where the logic lies for this, but it is a bit confusing.

Also reported in https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/1538 for images created using pixelsService. copyAndResizeImage()
