DB upgrade script from 4.4 to 5.0

Description
Using https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/blob/develop/sql/misc/Makefile as with other upgrade scripts, a single cumulative upgrade script from 4.4__0 to the current state of beta1 needs to be provided. This will be the basis for all of the testing that goes into beta2.
Several partial upgrades are already available:

What will beta2 actually be called in dbpatch (currentversion, currentpatch)? 5.0DEV_n where n > 6?

For beta2, I would think 5.0__0. Then each subsequent beta would bump 5.0__1 etc. with DEV versions between as necessary.

Fixed by https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/1691, further SQL will be added as the model further changes, just let me know.

The script in https://github.com/mtbc/openmicroscopy/blob/db-upgrade-11516/sql/psql/OMERO5.0DEV__6/OMERO4.4__0.sql seems to be working for 4.4 patch 0 to 5.0DEV patch 6.
