Bug: Insight UI menus test fails since UI change

Description
The testing of the context menus needs to be updated since the new "Create New" menu in Insight's tree viewer. In solving this, JTreeLibrary.treeNodeMenuItemShouldBeEnabled could be usefully extended so that menuItemText is a path.
