Testing checksums on develop

Description

Some Python integration tests have been marked as xfail as assertions using sha1s/hashes are failing. These are in test_rawfilestore.py and test_service.py and have been given this ticket number in the reason for failure. I realise this maybe ongoing work under another ticket but this is to flag up the tests which may need re-addressing once the checksum work is concluded. There are also some tests which compare sha1s generated by the client agains the stored checksum which may not necessarily be a sha1. The tests may also need to be reviewed for this usage.
