Description
The test testInitializationDataConstructor in the client constructors tests fails consistently on Hudson (it passes locally). However, all the other constructor tests pass with the same config data. It may be that this one tests is being adversely affected by another while running on a server not on the default port. So leaving this as a bug in the test for now rather than the constructor. The test has been marked as xfail with this ticket number.
