Description

Currently the UpgradeChecker? output/log message directs people to ​http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/omero to find the latest version. This would be better pointing at the downloads page.
For 4.4.x best done as ​http://downloads.openmicroscopy.org/latest-stable/omero

(for develop, once upgrades are possible, we can use ​http://downloads.openmicroscopy.org/latest-develop/omero)
