Description
Currently there is a brief note at the bottom of the create app docs to say that OMERO.web plugins are under development (http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero4/developers/Web/CreateApp.html#omero-web-plugins-omero-4-4) - it would be good to have this properly documented ready to link to from the planned web plugins sharing plone page.

The PR above added docs for how to have apps updating settings on the fly.
We will move away from this technique to something more robust soon, so best not to add it to docs now.
Instead, tell users to manually add settings via CLI.
