Description

OMEROweb.log contains a WARNING and an ERROR log when an upgrade is available. It should contain just one, using the QA response instead of a hard-coded url.

E.g.

2013-10-25 15:24:25,034 WARNI [                 omero.util.UpgradeCheck] (proc.09864) run:133 UPGRADE AVAILABLE:Please upgrade to 4.4.9 See http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/omero for the latest version
