http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero4/developers/using-git.html seems to be quite out of date in terms of reflecting our current workflow, particularly with regards to CI. Needs updating for new developers starting in the new year.

Downgrading & shunting - with improvements to the other contributing developer documentation, our workflows re: branches etc will be much clearer without changing this file.
