BUG: Refresh on develop bust

Description
In Insight, working on Gretzky, after an import and refresh, the tree Refresh button creates problems in the tree organization.
Workflow
- login as user-10 to Gretzky
- read-only group is on display
- stay in User Display (do not go to Group Display)
- put user-3 to display
- expand user-3, expand a dataset under user-3
- start Import via icon
- do not select any P/D at import stage
- import finishes successfully
- Refresh the tree
- the newly created Dataset is displayed under user-3 (this is not expected)
- the newly created Dataset is owned by user-10 (this is expected)
- if the bug did not appear in the previous step, collapse and re-expand the datset under user-3 and reimport - then Refresh again - bug will appear then
- once the bug appears, try to Create new Dataset via icon - the newly created dataset is owned by user-10 (expected) but is listed under user-3 (not expected)
- when you close Insight and reopen again, all is displayed correctly, but after repetition of the above workflow, the problems are back
