When I have an import failure in Insight, I can submit the failure to the QA system. However, after submission, all I see is the message ""The exception has been successfully submitted"". I am not given either the QA ticket number or a URL to the ticket so that I can look at it. It would be very useful to have this, so that I can confirm the QA ticket was successfully created. (Today, I just saw it fail silently after giving me the ""successfully submitted"" message--no ticket was actually created.
