I'd expect this to be HCS data. There is an XML file in the parent directory for each plate, which seems pretty readable. The difficult part is that each well has at least two sets of image data - one large .png per channel (plus one merged .tif?), and a Zip (.sti extension) that smaller .png files pre- and post-stitching. It's not immediately clear how the images should all fit together, but they are all at least in formats that we already support.
