u-track: allow users to browse orphaned images

Description
As of #11587, a data selection graphical interface was implemented to allow the user to browse his Projects/Datasets/Images?.
As of the current implementation, orphaned images are not listed in this graphical interface but it may happen that people want to browse and analyse these as well. If the Project and Dataset are selected as none, the list of orphaned images should appear in the listbox
