u-track: allow users to download image cache

Description
When browsing its/other's data via the data selection interface and loading movies in the u-track movie selection panel, the user should have the option to user the image on the OMERO.server, i.e. relying on OMERO.matlab or download a cache of the image and use the Bio-Formats MATLAB toolbox.
The major issue with this task is to 1- detect the existence of Bio-Formats and 2- deal with the dynamic addition of JARs on top of OMERO.matlab ones in the MATLAB class path.
