DropBox docs have outdated Python requirements

Description
The documentation for the DropBox requirements at:
https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero5/sysadmins/dropbox.html#prerequisites
is out-of-date with regards to both Python and pyinotify.

The Python information was fixed some time ago, so closing. A minor change re the comment on this ticket has been made at https://github.com/openmicroscopy/ome-documentation/pull/575

This is okay on https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero5-staging/sysadmins/dropbox.html#prerequisites with the minor proviso that 10.5 and the kernel version is still specified. It might be easiest just come into line with the server requirements at https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero5-staging/sysadmins/system-requirements.html#omero-server unless there's a strong reason otherwise.
