BUG: Point ROI Intensity value reads off top left corner

Discovered by Michael using Nightshade and 4.4.9. Confirmed and screenshots by Gus.
When you use a point ROI, the intensity value is being read off the top left hand corner - presumably the "position" of the ROI, not at the centre of the ROI i.e. the cross-hairs where you would expect it to read.
The screenshot illustrates this where the line ROI has a max intensity of 1797 in the red channel and when the point ROI is placed over the max intensity it only reads 171.
Moving the point ROI so it's top left corner is over the max intensity gives a reading of 1797.
