Description
Reported during the Phase I of upgrade testing (line 25 of the gdoc https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AoKiTAl8UOxndGt5bm5mOWl4M1lMc1NkQzVVRW5CZGc&usp=drive_web#gid=13) This was performed on omero4-demo server with develop database which was upgraded from dev_4_4 database (originally from Howe). The images were all the original dev_4_4 upgraded images, no new FS imports were in the DB at that point. The images in question were created by running the "Images from ROI", Kymograph and Channel offset scripts prior to database upgrade.
You can download original metadat on images created by "Images from ROI", Kymograph, and Offset scirpts and Projections - this is not allowed on Howe (= in pre-upgrade situation) on the same image though - the downloaded file in the upgraded image is nonsensical - it has nothing in it when viewed in excel, opens with Media player as default Web is okay.
