RFE: Expose annotation IDs for all annotations in the clients

Description

With ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/1786 and ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/1787, the ID of the file annotation is now exposed in the tooltip of the OMERO.web.
A ​PR has been opened to reproduce the same behaviour in OMERO.insight.

Exposing the annotation ID for all the other basic annotations (tag, comment, xml) used in the OMERO>clients would be sensible.
