Reported by @mtbcarroll during upgrade testing.
Select a dataset, use Channel Offsets script, Data Type selected in script parameters dialog is "Image" with no IDs populated. (Can't pick "Dataset".)

The reason that Dataset is not populated for several scripts is that those scripts weren't written to handle Datasets. You're very unlikely to want to do Channel Offsets on a whole Dataset so it doesn't make sense to support it.

I suppose it would be good for the test scenario to mention from which scripts one can expect what behavior in this respect.

Added to #1860 along with a number of other scripting RFEs.
