Reimplement ImportFixture for in-memory (test) imports

Description
ImportFixture was responsible for running a full import cycle in memory (no forking, etc.). With OMEROMetadataStore's move to blitz, this becomes much more difficult.
Main TODOs:
- Add OMEROImportFixture to tools/OmeroImporter using ServiceFactoryPrx
- Add a MockedOMEROImportFixture which takes a ServicyFactory and fakes all of blitz (Glacier2, etc.)
- Arrange the build to handle the cyclical build issues

r3535 has the new fixture.
With r3538, ..., r3578 and r3579 the build should also work. Eclipse .classpaths will need to be updated with the new *-test.jars from target/libs.
